What We Do

A Running Conversation helps individuals move forward in their lives. In a supportive and non-competitive environment, clients clarify their personal goals, make realistic plans to achieve them, and are encouraged to use running to transport them through their change.

Running is not only a vehicle for change, but a metaphor for life: One learns to deal with challenges, persevere through difficulties, set and achieve goals, access creativity and personal power, and notice the benefit of improved self-esteem.
